Sr. Research Analyst - Jerry was born and raised on a farm in Kirksville, Missouri. He graduated from Truman State University and became a schoolteacher, then a songwriter and professional singer, which eventually led to a career in broadcasting. In addition to his duties as senior research analyst, he's the afternoon news anchor on Phil's flagship station, SuperTalk 99.7WTN in Nashville.  He's the author of two books, Santa Fe Cocktail and Fleeing Cat Spring: The Texas Special Escape. He lives with his beautiful wife, Jan, in Nashville.  They have three children, six grandchildren, and one great-granddaughter.

Sound Engineer - Luther has engineered for some of the biggest names in the biz but he never brags about it. He's a man of few words who works on the silent side of the glass, and that's just where he likes it. In the words of Luther, "Right on."

Assistant Director of Programming/Research Analyst - Craig got his start in broadcasting at MTSU in Murfreesboro, TN where he studied communications and electronic media. He assists The Phil Valentine Show in research and audio soundbites. Craig is a former executive producer and production director for the American Hockey Network. He's also a past president of the Middle Tennessee Sports Network.

Research Analyst - Pamela is originally from Southern Pines, NC and has been in the radio business for 30+ years.  She's worked in Raleigh/Greensboro, Illinois, Alabama and Atlanta covering the news...as well as several stints in Nashville.  Pamela also worked as a news anchor for Glenn Beck and his Blaze Radio Network, and has freelanced for Fox News Radio and ABC News Radio.  Pamela is also a Dove-nominated Christian songwriter and can be heard singing background vocals on several country albums.

Producer/Research Analyst - Raised in a small town in West Central Georgia, Chris is a 10+ year veteran of the talk radio format. Having spent nearly 10 years in the Columbus, GA market, he made the move to Nashville in 2013 to further his career. He is loved and supported by his wife Jessica, and 7 year old son, Holden. And, yes, he looks as though he may have escaped from the Robertson compound on Duck Dynasty. That's why he's earned the nickname 'Duck.'

Chris Weber

Sr. VP of Technology - Troy is a Past National President of The Society Broadcast Engineers (SBE).  He's an SBE certified Senior Broadcast Engineer, Broadcast Network Technologist and member at the FELLOW level status in the organization. Troy's also a Vietnam Veteran, having served in the United States Marine Corps and served with the American Forces Vietnam Network, Radio and TV (AFVN-R\TV), Key Station, Saigon, Republic of South Vietnam. He's the recipient of The Joint Services Commendation Medal, Military Assistance Command, South Vietnam (MACV). In addition to being Sr. VP of Technology on The Phil Valentine Show, he's a Regional Engineering Director for Cumulus Media.
