5-10 Mint leaves

1 ounce simple syrup (equal measures of water and sugar) or 3-4 sugar cubes

2 slices of fresh or frozen (thawed) peaches

2.5 ounces of Redneck Riviera Whiskey

Crushed ice

Garnish with 2 mint lease or fresh peach slice

How to make:

—Add 5-10 mint leaves to the bottom of the glass and 2 peach slices

—Add simple syrup and muddle down (how to muddle)

—Fill glass with crushed ice to the top

—In separate glass pour 2.5 ounces of Redneck Riviera Whiskey over ice and stir for 20 seconds

—Strain that into your glass with the mint and peaches

—Give it a quick stir to bring flavors into the whiskey

—Top with two mint leaves or peach slice
