Proposed Intern Protection Act of 1998

The following act was proposed by listener and attorney Maclin Davis, Jr. His attempts to get a representative or senator to sponsor it have been unsuccessful. This common sense act should already be law.

1. It shall be unlawful for any President or other official or officer of the United States to engage in any form of sexual activity with a person to whom such President, officer or official is not lawfully married in the White House or in or on any other real property or personal property belonging to the United States.

2. Any person convicted of a violation of this statute shall be removed from the office or position held by such person and shall be forever barred from holding public office.

3. This act shall take effect immediately upon its passage, the public welfare requiring it.
